Clyveridge operates across Real Estate, Oil Field Engineering, and Philanthropy. All project-specific terms will be clearly outlined in written agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information, respond promptly to communications, and grant necessary access or approvals to facilitate project timelines.

3. Payments & Pricing

Payment terms and pricing will be detailed in the service agreement prior to project initiation. Late payments may result in service delays or penalties.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the terms outlined in the signed agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all documentation, designs, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Clyveridge.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clyveridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited strictly to the services outlined in the agreement.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
